The investors’ attention slowly, but surely moves to the new and attractive tourist and recreation zone near the world famous ski center of Bansko. This new zone represents the lands belonging to a number of villages near Bansko, tucked in the southern slopes of the Rila na Pirin mountains with breathtaking views and natural beauty. These are the villages of Gorno Draglishte, Dolno Draglishte, Godlevo, Bachevo and Dobarsko and the town of Dobrinishte. The total area of the land belonging to these settlements is estimated to be approximately 26 000 acres of agricultural land. The main reason for this growing investor interest is the lovely nature, the tranquility and the close proximity (13 – 17 km.) to the Bansko Gondola lift. The main feature of all these settlements is that there are very little houses for sale in them as people live there rather then to prefer to migrate to the bigger cities and towns. In the past couple of months there have been some deals with agricultural land. Mainly blocks of agricultural land of about 5, 10 and 20 acres is being bought. The investors are mainly private proprietors from Sofia, Plovdiv and other major cities, whose plans are to build holiday villages and villas. All around the villages there are mountain lawns, woods and small rivers, which a wonderful prerequisite for a fully relaxing experience. The prices of the agricultural land differ according to the contractual agreements with the respective owners. |
