Condition
The construction of the buildings is monolith, steel-concrete. The outside walls are made of bricks. The joinery is PVC – natural color of the wood. The covering of the roof is tiles. Isolation is also envisaged. The stress is put on using natural and environmentally friendly materials. The vision of the village is in a unison with the traditional style of the region – replica of the Bulgarian national revival style. The facades contain the typical elements – white coating, stone lining, wood paneling, awning, wood railings. All types of communications are envisaged – telephone, cable TV, internet, security. The access shall be controlled – the whole complex will be protected by a fence. The inner part of the plot will be filled with gardens. The landscape design includes relaxation areas and playground for the children. The houses are offered fully finished. KIK Mountain Village shall be expecting its first guests and inhabitants by the beginning of December 2009.
The houses are completely finished: German PVC joinery, wooden floorings, granite, stone flooring, bricks, isolation and hydro-isolation!
