PRICELIST OF THE PROJECT The building is newly built, concrete and brick construction, external isolation and plaster.
The building consists of 13 apartments, 7 of which are double bedroom apartments and 6 are three bedroom apartments, situated on 4 floors. The building has 5 garages, which may be purchased separately. FLOOR PLANS: 1-st Floor 2-nd Floor 3-rd Floor 4-th Floor The stated prices are for fully finished apartments: bathrooms- terra cotta, bathroom and toilet fittings and a boiler; rooms – laminated flooring; walls – painted; PVC joinery, interior doors and an entrance door. There is an installation for local heating system, but it is up to the clients to choose the method for heating the apartment.
The clients may conclude property management and maintenance contracts with specially licensed firms and the developer shall assist in finding the right firm for the clients.
