Newly-built, fully finished stone house, in authentic Bulgarian style, with a swimming pool, at 40 min from Varna, at 50 km South – West from the airport, 35 km from which highway and first-class road.
Situated in the lovely village , at 12 km from the city Provadia, famous for its historical and natural sightseeings and at 9 km from the city Dulgopol.
The village is located on a hill, where reveals a wonderful view to one of the most beautiful and biggest artificial lakes in Bulgaria / Tsonevo/, 28 km long, and to the near pains, hills and forests. Besides its remarkable nature, the village is famous also for its unique healing climate, calmness and prosperity. Here are developed rural and hunting tourism; there are cafes, a shop, ethnographical complex with a restaurant and a hotel. There are projects for villa settlement, balneological centre, breeding-pool, lift and riding base. Rock climbing is also developed.
The house disposes of 80 sq.m. residential space and 20 sq.m. additional premise. It consists of two separate bedrooms, bathroom and WC, entrance hall, corridor, porch and a big living-room with a kitchen and fireplace, all of them conveniently located.
