Two renovated houses, built in traditional Bulgarian style from stone and bricks, situated in the village of Esenica - 55 km. northwest of Varna (45 min. drive by car), 50 km. from the airport, 35 km. from which are a highway road and 15 km. - 1st class road. 18 km. from the village is the town of Valchi Dol and 15 km. from it is Vetrino.

The two-story house consists of 3 service rooms on the first floor, one of which can easily be turned into a lovely mehana or working area. On the second floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, on of which quite wide, with a fireplace, original kitchen with a livingroom, large fully finished and furnished bathroom with a space for a washing machine and a wide veranda.

This second house has been partially renovated and the architectual style has been carefully preserved. The houses were owned by one of the rich families in the region.

The electricity and water supply instalations of this house hve also been renovated and are new. There is an outer toilet to this house. All rooms are fully furnished, even the cutlery and the kitchen necessities are provided. There are also curtains on the windows, hand woven carpets and bed covers and hand sawn enbroderies and panels on the walls and table covers, as well as some objects left of the old times.

The two houses are connected throu a common roof, an authentic BBQ and an outside sink.

The total area of the garden/ the yard is 2 250 sq. m. It has been uniquely arranged, with its own stne pathway 35 m. long and 5 m. wide, with parking area for 10 cars and with over 70 types of fruit trees (apples, plums, pears, cherries, peaches, walnuts, strawberries). There is also 150 sq.m. of grapeyard with two stone buildings for farming purposes with areas od 60 sq. m. and 100 sq. m. one of which is 20 m. long and 5 m. wide and 4 m. high and is built of stone.

The garden before the house is decorated and arranged. There is a possibility to enlarge the yeard with additional 970 sq. m. The whole yard is fenced by a 250 m. of hand formed stones.

The property is suitable for an ethnographic complex, a farm or for a rural hotel. Some 50 m. from it there is a shop.The village is quite nice, calm and beautiful. Within 4 km. around the village there are 3 artificial lakes, a river as well as nice and peaceful woods.

The town of Valchi dol is situated some 18 km from the village and Vertino - some 15 km away.
