The family hotel is situated in the resort town of Dobrinishte, tucked in the outskirts of the Rila, Pirin and the Rodhopi Mountains. The total built-up area of the hotel is 790 sq. m. and the plot/ garden around the hotel is 300 sq. m.
The building consists of three storeys, plus an underground floor, including a mehana (with a capacity of 50 seats), a kitchen, laundry, toilette, ski-wardrobe/ storage room and heating room.

The second and the third floor consist of well fitted and furnished rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds, each with a WC+bathroom attached and a cable TV. The total capacity of the hotel is 36 beds. There are two apartments on the top floor.
