| The land is situated on the land of the town of Dobrinishte and is part of the area called “Bela Glina” – right in the foot of the Pirin mountain and has a wonderful view towards both Rila and Pirin mountains. The total area of the unregulated land property is 2 034 sq. m.
The town of Dobrinishte is situated only some 6 km. away from the world famous ski resort Bansko and is the second most important resort in the area. The capital of Bulgaria – Sofia Is 150 km. away from the village, and the Greek border – only some 60 km.
