St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, Spa & Apartments is situated on a plot of 13,000 square meters. The complex is in operation with Permit for Usage from 20th of February, 2007.

The complex consists of a 4star hotel, a Spa Centre and 4 edifices with apartments for sale. Basic Features of St.Ivan Rilski Apartments:

It has a total area of about 16 000 km. and consists of a hotel, a SPA centre and 4 luxury apartment houses.

St. Ivan Rilski Four edifices, a total of 162 apartments, built on a plot of about 9,000 sq.m were constructed by the end of November, 30th, 2006 and now ready to accommodate their owners and guests.

Each apartment has a separate parking space and a ski locker, while each edifice has its own day spa and entertainment rooms.

The luxory St. Ivan Rilski Hotel spreads over an area of about 4,000 sq.m.and offers exclusive services to its guests as well as to residents of the apartments.At the hotel premises there is SPA Centre, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool and 3 conference rooms.

The Hotel Spa Centre occupies an area of over 700 sq.m and offers full modern and traditional spa programs, traditional and contemporary treatments as well as healing and relaxation procedures.

Buyer’s protection

Reserving the desired apartment, gives you a 21-day period, that allows you to organize your out-look of the property or to arrange the necessary documents for the signing of the pre-contract. During this 21-day period, the seller cannot sell the property to a third party. In case he does, he is obliged to pay back to the buyer double the amount of the deposit – 4 000 EUR.

Buying a completed property

When purchasing a finished apartment the full amount of the selling price is payable. Nevertheless you’re buying a property in it’s initial phase of development, a half-completed property or a completed property, payable are also all fees that are in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation.
